RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your Felony Fish order. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities, made to order, customized, engraved, or otherwise created specifically for the customer, return eligibility varies by product.
STANDARD, NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Unused and unworn non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
This includes, but is not limited to, products customized with names, badge numbers, dates, logos, photographs, customer-provided artwork, custom text, or other customer-requested modifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, names, numbers, artwork, and other customization information before approving or submitting an order. Felony Fish is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted or customer-approved information.
PROOF APPROVAL
For orders where Felony Fish provides a digital proof, mockup, rendering, or other design for customer approval, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the entire design before approving it.
This includes artwork, spelling, names, badge numbers, dates, colors, placement, orientation, sizing, logos, text, and other customization details.
Once a proof is approved and production begins, the order is considered authorized for production and generally cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded because of an error or design element that appeared in the approved proof.
Digital proofs and mockups are representations of the intended finished product. Minor differences may occur between digital representations and finished physical products due to materials, engraving, printing, plating, enamel, manufacturing processes, lighting, screen settings, and other normal production variables.
If the finished product is materially different from the final approved proof due to an error by Felony Fish, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
LIMITED-RUN PRODUCTS
Certain challenge coins, patches, stickers, collectibles, and other limited-production products may be designated as final sale on the applicable product page.
Items clearly identified as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange except when damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the product and the problem.
If we determine that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, 3D-printed products may display minor layer lines, seams, support marks, or small cosmetic variations.
These characteristics are normal to the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended function of the product.
Damage caused by misuse, excessive heat, improper storage, modification, improper handling, or failure to follow provided product care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Customers should pay particular attention to any temperature, storage, cleaning, or care instructions supplied with a 3D-printed product.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests.
Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or otherwise specially produced orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Approval of a final proof may constitute authorization for Felony Fish to begin production.
If materials, design work, setup, or production have already begun before a cancellation request is received, some or all amounts paid may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
Once Felony Fish issues a refund, processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank, credit card company, payment provider, or financial institution.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or refund results from an error by Felony Fish or otherwise required by applicable law.
EXCEPTIONS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any warranty, right, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
